Re: Problems with CF installed with Juju Charms on the latest Ubuntu.
The problem is solved.
You can find details in this bug report:

Current solution is to remove `/var/lib/lxc/juju-trusty-template` folder
after you've destroyed local environment and made changes to your
environments.yaml file.
