I created a write-up detailing the effort that was required to go from
v175 fully passing CATs to getting v177 passing as well, including the
Metron Agent topology change and the issue we ran into with the v176
release (loggregator submodule in the tagged release points to an
incorrect commit, causing broken references to metron_agent).
