I have a list of several charms that are in need of cleanup/removal from
the charm store in leu of recent work getting Cloud Foundry charmed up and
promulgated into the store. We have deprecated all of the older cloud
foundry charms and removed them as far as a ~charmer can - however we have
ghost entries remaining in the store.
