Update on packaging piglit

Hey.

So I've started with piglit but perhaps this task will be easier as
we're not the only party interested with that. I've found [1] and [2]
and I reached out to the reporter. Waffle, which is a dependency of
piglit, is now in Debian and Vivid [3] so our task is considerably
easier there. I'll send more updates as I get them.
