Hey.

I've updated the manifests branch. The merge request is here [1].

Please check if anything apart from CEP is missing. I'll write that up, 
move some of the misc commits elsewhere and propose the final merge.
If you want me to do the CEP during the set of stories next cycle this 
can also land as-is. The CEP will expand on the content of the manual 
page and explain how I think application should integrate the manifest 
into their flow.
