Hi,

I have made some important changes


launchpad:
*) create a new ppa named "PPA for citec-pkgs (stable)" and rename the
old ppa to "PPA for citec-pkgs (deprecated)"
*) copy the unicap packages from deprecated to stable
*) add a warning to the new ppa "attention: before using this ppa please
delete all packages from deprecated citec ppa"

icewing:
*) include icemm into icewing
*) create new plugin-generators named
"icewing-plugingen-icemm-cmake" (yeah cmake for icewing-plugins)
*) pack the icewing version 0.10 (currently for ubuntu 9.04 alias
jaunty)
