  rent addon uses system locales for date formating and should use the
  i18n module instead

Bug description:
  The rent addon uses system locales for date formating and these
  locales may or may not be set as the i18n in openerp. The rent module
  should use the i18n date format to be acording with the openerp
  internationalization and translations.
