Confirmed.  This is not a theming issue, as far as I can see.  It
happens to me in a (VirtualBox) VM using the default theme (Lubuntu-
default).

This may be a GTK2/GTK3 problem?

  Green / pink UI under ubuntu 11.10

Bug description:
  I've installed the latest CLI Companion 1.1-6~bzr86+p18 from the PPA
  in Ubuntu 11.10 Oneiric Ocelot (32bit) and the UI looks really weird:
  it's green, with the commands list and buttons being pink. See this
  screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/Q8bBj.png

  The theme I'm using in the screenshot is Zukitwo and it's supposed to
  be grey... but the same happens with Ambiance, etc.
