I got the update through the PPA and it's better, but not totally fixed:
the "Command list" field is ok, but the menu (File, Edit) is still
green. And the buttons on the bottom are still pink...

Bug description:
  I've installed the latest CLI Companion 1.1-6~bzr86+p18 from the PPA
  in Ubuntu 11.10 Oneiric Ocelot (32bit) and the UI looks really weird:
  it's green, with the commands list and buttons being pink. See this
  screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/Q8bBj.png

  The theme I'm using in the screenshot is Zukitwo and it's supposed to
  be grey... but the same happens with Ambiance, etc.
