Title:
  Locales are not correctly loaded

Status in CLI Companion:

Bug description:
  Locales are not correctly localed by the script, for example, when
  loading the locale es_ES.UTF-8, it does not use the locales under the
  es directory.

  Also the mo files where not correctly installed (the clicompanion.mo
  file was being overwrited for each locale).

  Notice that the system will print a warning if the locale is not
  installed (or was misspelled), but will continue the execution
  correctly:

  $ env LANG=ru ./clicompanion
  (process:12839): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library.
  	Using the fallback 'C' locale.
