Opening another bug for the parsing of incorrect .clicompanion2 file,
lp:910360.

Marking this as duplicate, if not, please reopen and provide a little
more info (provide the offending .clicompanion file for example).

  When you add commands and then exit you are no longer able to launch

Status in CLI Companion:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Application stopped working for me. Decided to delete .clicompanion
  file and then app launched again. Noticed on two more occasions not
  being able to launch app after adding commands. Deleting .cli..
  allowed me to launch app but added commands were absent.
