Since no reply for 2 years (!), it's time to close this issue. I don't
see any problems with Clicompanion on Ubuntu 16.04. I believe it's
already integrated.

  Cli Companion fails to run on Ubuntu 12.10, steps to reproduce it:

  $ bzr branch lp:clicompanion
  $ cd clicompanion 
  $ python clicompanion
  ERROR: locales dir not found

  $ python --version
  Python 2.7.3
