The proposal to merge ~smoser/cloud-init:ubuntu/xenial-drop-new-upstream-snapshot into cloud-init:ubuntu/xenial has been updated.

Commit message changed to:

debian/new-upstream-snapshot: remove from package.

This is no longer managed in the packaging branches.
