The proposal to merge ~rjschwei/cloud-init:suseSpec into cloud-init:master has been updated.

Description changed to:

Update SUSE spec template

We no longer need to be concerned about distros without systemd
Only such distro is SLES 11 which has Python 2.6 and cloud-init
has dependencies that no longer support Python 2.6

There is a general facelift here also.
