[Merge] ~smoser/cloud-init:cleanup/ds-identify-small-fixes into cloud-init:master

Scott Moser has proposed merging ~smoser/cloud-init:cleanup/ds-identify-small-fixes into cloud-init:master.

Commit message:
ds-identify: doc string cleanup.

There was a typo in the doc string at the top of ds-identify
(disable -> disabled). That is fixed here as well as adding some
better examples on content in /etc/cloud/ds-identify.cfg.

Requested reviews:
  cloud-init commiters (cloud-init-dev)
