The proposal to merge ~daniel-thewatkins/cloud-init/+git/cloud-init:macvtap into cloud-init:master has been updated.

Commit message changed to:

helpers/openstack: Add macvlan to link types

This enables the use of macvlan interfaces within older versions of
OpenStack.
