Hi,
Thanks for all who took the time to respond.  The time that looks like it
works best is 16:00 UTC on Mondays.

So, we'll have our first meeting at Mon, 10 Jul 2017 16:00:00 +0000 and
will have regular meetings at that time every other Monday in #cloud-init
on Freenode.
So July 24, Aug 7 (I will miss), August 21 ...

Please feel free to ask in #cloud-init or mailing list at any time.
