Congrats James!

Thank you as well for those who had a chance to participate, review and
sponsor James in helping define this process in discourse[1] and voting on
his application[2].

We look forward to the increased quality and momentum on cloud-init PR
reviews with an extra set of eyes of an upstream committer.
