Hi,

I'm trying to configure cloud-init, and I see that it has complex
merging behavior when multiple config files/sources are involved.

Can I dump the effective config to my console somehow? All I see
available are log parsing tools, but that's not particularly helpful
if I haven't run cloud-init yet.
