Some GTK+ developers had the idea to provide a MSI installer or merge
module for a while now, but nothing has surfaced yet - however given
that there's about 1.5 people maintaining the Windows GTK+ port
currently, this is understandable (there have been quite a few
regressions since GTK+ 2.18 has been released).
