Hmmm..
Reverse dependencies could be a computationally expensive operation :D ... Well, once there are thousands of packages.
Is there a really useful case for that? Really?
Version is taken care of in the package canonicalization I specified: [repo:]name[-MM.NN][.RR][.BB]
I have to do some proof-of-concept work before I get to per-user/portable/cloud install (I suspect they may be very similar to each other.)
