I've started a list of projects that are a priority to shallow-fork and create packages for on the wiki ( http://wiki.coapp.org/Shallow-Fork-Package-List.ashx )

If you want to help, add items to the tables (please, make sure you put the source link in--my list doesn't have the source link for most, if you'd like to fill that in, go ahead).

You can register for the wiki at http://wiki.coapp.org/Register.aspx  -- I've set it to activate accounts when validated by email. If you have any problems, drop me a line or msg me on twitter.
