I am still seeing what I think is this bug on Ubuntu 9.04 with Abiword
2.6.6-0ubuntu1 and compiz 1:0.8.2-0ubuntu8.1. The problem disappears
when compiz is disabled, but reappears with the default settings in
Ubuntu. The hardware is Intel Corporation Mobile 915GM/GMS/910GML
Express Graphics Controller on a machine with 1.25 GB of RAM.

Almost certainly related - at least to my reading of the bug - is

I have included an image of the display corruption that occurs - if this
