The window not appearing is fixed in the packages in the compiz PPA that
should be entering main in the next couple days. Not sure about the
mouse cursor, I guess it's just a timing thing. Pressing the buttons
causes the mouse to appear because you are no longer inactive but the
screenshot happens after that.
