Our close animation is set to 150ms and our open one is set to 250ms but
if you slow these down you can't even tell there was an animation. For
the rest of the plugins they either already use 100ms or changing them
to 100ms makes me sick to my stomach even looking at them one or two
times.

100ms is only 3 frames of animation, it is almost impossible to show
anything other than a fade correctly in 3 frames.
