You could try resetting your compiz settings. In compizconfig settings
manager click on Preferences (lower left) and then the Reset to Defaults
button. If that doesn't fix it check System->Preferences->Keyboard
Shortcuts. If _that_ doesn't fix it some app you have running (perhaps
on startup/login) is probably doing it.
