While this fixed one issue it brought back one that was previously fixed
when the windows juped up when closed. When a window gets created its
position is shifted down from where it should be. I notice this
especially when using skype, I have it aligned with the right side of
the screen maximized vertically. When I boot up and skype opens the
window it's about 1 title bar from my top panel and now I have to
reposition it every time.
