You can actually get it in karmic too if you enable the Title Bar Info
plugin (titleinfo). I didn't know this existed because it didn't get
included in the regular plugin packs until right before the 0.8.4
release so we didn't get it enabled by default.

It definitely will be enabled for lucid though.
