Don't know if this is the same bug but it happens in Karmic that when
rigth click in nm-applet in the gnome-panel > "Edit Connection" window
do not pop up, it appears below other windows. I have the option "focus
follows mouse" but auto raise delay of 0.9 seconds and the window do not
appears in the front any time. it appears below from start and i have to
search for it in the window list or activate the scale plugin to select
it,
