[Bug 489114] Re: Side (vertical) gnome-panels won't show up on mouse over, if selected to autohide.[ubuntu 9.10](compiz related)

Why is it a NEW feature? What changed since Ubuntu 8.04. It is a broken
OLD feature. Didn't you saw the video?

You should not insist that this won't get fixed deciding this by
yourself. You should let the community decide. Leave it open for some
time until more community members have the opportunity to tell their
opinion. Since there is a disagreement, I wouldn't keep on changing the
status or the importance according to what I think (even if I had the
needed privileges). Please do the same: Just let the community decide.
Just set the importance to undecided.

Please, remember the code of conduct you've signed.
"" '''Be respectful.''' The Ubuntu community and its members treat
one another with respect. Everyone can make a valuable
contribution to Ubuntu. We may not always agree, but
disagreement is no excuse for poor behaviour and poor
      manners. [....] ""
"" '''When you disagree,''' consult others. Disagreements, both
political and technical, happen all the time and the Ubuntu
community is no exception. The important goal is not to avoid
disagreements or differing views but to resolve them
constructively. You should turn to the community and to the
community process to seek advice and to resolve
      disagreements. [.......] ""
