Does running this command from a terminal successfully suspend your
computer? Does putting `sh -c "dbus-send --print-reply --system
--dest=org.freedesktop.DeviceKit.Power /org/freedesktop/DeviceKit/Power
org.freedesktop.DeviceKit.Power.Suspend"` in compiz (strip the
backticks) work?
