pecemkd, the "Terminal" is a program that you can find in "Accessories"
under your start menu.  The "Terminal" is a simple text program that
offers a "command prompt" much like the old style DOS computers did a
long time ago.

Enter the above command (without the quotes) and press enter.  Follow
any instructions it gives you.  When you are finished with it, you can
close it out like any other program (File -> Exit).
