  2. Open some video app(totem,miro,banshee..etc) and play something
  3. Click and hold the app's title bar and move it around
  
  What happens:
  
  The video stays in the same place, doesn't follow the window
  
  What should happen:
  
  The video should follow the window, just like it does with Compiz
  disabled
