Well, after one full year and 20 days since this bug report was created,
this little bug is still there, at least on KRDC 4.3.2 on Ubuntu 9.1 -
Karmic 32bit. For a while I switched to Terminal Server Client (tsclient
v0.150) which works great except that does not have the tab
functionality from kdrc  that is so convenient when you need to connect
to multiple servers at the same time. For anybody who only needs to
connect to one server at a time I recommend you to try it.

Thanks so much GoodWin for the workaround. Works great and after a while
I don't even notice everything is reversed
