Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

The relevant error was 
Checking for Xgl: not present. 
/usr/bin/compiz.real (video) - Warn: No 8 bit GLX pixmap format, disabling YV12 image format
^CSegmentation fault

Affecting to compiz.

You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you?
