Ok, I've attached the screens as requested.

In the "Compiz.png" image you can see that the "select a theme" dialog
is displayed as a normal window while it's color actually is red, as you
can see in the "No Compiz.png" one.

I've omitted the screen for the menus (for example gimp ones) because
the problem is the same.

In the "Shaded.png" you can see how compiz fails to display the lower
border. (Upper part of the image)

Practically the problem is that compiz display all windows as "normal
windows" instead of separating menus from dialogs, missing some
configurations too.

This is substantially the problem for themes such as Radiance and
Ambiance too, since they can't use different settings for different
situations.
