[Bug 552016] Re: Schizophrenic cursors. Desktop cursor theme changes from the user selected theme. However the application cursor theme is correct.

thx for the help. (annotation: i call it: blue cursor = wrong theme /
white cursor = right theme)
if i do: "compiz --replace" = have no effect - the blue cursor stay
if i do: "metacity --replace" = i have back my old white cursor theme. but, i have a msg from: Docky (i use it also - 2.0.1.1~ubuntu1) docky needs minimal 3D functions.
minimal 3D functions was always enabled?! after the "metacity --replace"
i have no (more) 3D functions. and i missing a piece of my desktop.
(look screen shot) i go to settings (visual effects) and set back the
radio button to normal. (minimal 3D functions) the system seeks for
driver and switch to minimal 3d functions. the pop up: "will you save
this settings?" (in German, on my system) an before i press the YES
button. compiz crashes (look second shot)
