Since installing updates in the Lucid beta I can no longer click on
anything within a window.

Clicking normally with the left mouse button turns the cursor into the
dragging hand. Clicking with the right mouse button brings up the menu
normally displayed when right clicking on the metacity titlebar.

Clicks register normally on the panel and the menus there.

I can get clicks to register within windows if i ctrl-click.

This bug exhibits itself in all apps I've tested including nautilus,
chromium, ubuntu software centre and the appearance settings dialog.
