[Bug 560066] [NEW] Application Bar bug when Exiting / Terminating Application

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Most likely, bug can be reproduced, if user:
1. opens, for example, 4 applications in WOrkspace 1
2. with, for example, Desktop Cube, moves focus to Workspace 2
3. opens any application
4. exits it;

Screenshot in attachment.
In most cases there should stay this themed program bar visible, even though there are no apps running in focused Workspace.

Using Compiz Fusion 0.8.4 on Lucid Lynx Beta 2 32bit;

If any logs needed, please specify command to gather them.
