Sorry, as I mentioned earlier we have disabled the workaround in compiz
that made this work. The idea is to not enable it again as it is rather
buggy and causes windows to randomly get stuck in a "pseudo-fullscreen"
mode.

If this is getting fixed it is going to have to happen in OOo.
