Rotate cube and other effects like painting fire on the screen are
working BUT water effect !!

It used to work flawlessly in previous Ubuntu releases but it just
stopped when I dist-upgraded to Lucid Lynx lately.

Symptom: as soon as I Ctrl+Super, the screen blackens/dims (one can
still see the windows contents) and returns to normal after some time

My graphics card : ATI mobility Radeon HD 3650
My graphics driver : fglrx
