[Bug 581080] [NEW] gnome-panel hides sides of application window
You have been subscribed to a public bug:
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
I got a two gnome-panels, one north and one west.
One of the applications that are started via 'Startup Applications' is
displayed in the top left corner, under the area that is used by these
panels. So its title bar and buttons as well as its left border are
hidden by the panel. One can not move the window by mouse dragging. It
requires the keyboard shortcut to activate the window menu.
Right now this happens to the chrome browser. Before it happened with
jpilot, but I no longer use nor start his application.
This happens every time my desktop is started afresh
