when setting compiz plugins - enhanced zoom desktop - zoom area movement
tab - toggle zoom area lock to enabled when the desktop is zoomed, it
will not only stop the zoom area from moving, but will restrict the
mouse movement too much. It prematurely stops the mouse from going all
the way to the edge of the screen.
