[Bug 647164] [NEW] window buttons (maximize minimize close) mouseover effect fails

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

to reproduce bug just open a gnome-terminal and mouse over the close
minimize maximize buttons. They seem to do the opposite of what they
should do. If you select the window(click on title bar) the problem
seems to go away. In conclusion when you start up the application(e.g
gnome-terminal) mouseover effect behaves strange. Sorry if this is
stupid. Thanks anyway!
