Thanks for reporting this bug and help to make ubuntu better.

One this is weird though: the title says that you have installed compiz-gnome 1:0.9.2.1 glibmainloop-0ubuntu2 where it seems that you are installing Package: compiz-gnome 1:0.9.2.1-0ubuntu1
Have you edited something by hand?

1:0.9.2.1-0ubuntu2 contains the fix and is reported to work, as
1:0.9.2.1+glibmainloop-0ubuntu2. Marking it as incomplete then.
