I confirm this bug with the latest revision:
     compiz: /opt/Compiz_src/plugins-extra/animationaddon/src/polygon.cpp:1535: virtual void PolygonAnim::drawGeometry(): Assertion `!mLastClipInGroup.empty()' failed.

How to reproduce this bug:
Simply open an application and change desktop at the same time.
