I'm seeing this on Maverick, pretty often, especially with Chromium.
I've also seen it happen in Firefox and gnome-terminal, but it's harder
to reproduce the bug with those.  What happens is:

  * tab 1 is focused, window title shows  tab 1's title
  * I focus tab 2, window title still shows tab 1's title
  * I focus tab 3, window title now shows tab 2's title

Would you like a screencast demonstrating the problem?

I've one that's 9 megabytes and 2 minutes, most of the time wasted
trying to reproduce the bug in gnome-terminal (where it actually happens
twice, once very briefly at 0:14 and once at 1:16) and then show how it
happens nearly every time in Chromium.
