You probably have meant your uploaded ogv video, haven't you? I haven't
figured it out for the first time. I can see whole video with upper part
in Firefox 3.6.13. When I have seen this video I'm sure I have same
problem. Compiz should redraw titlebar when window loses focus but it
doesn't do it every time. Parts of titlebar are correctly redrawn when
they are covered by other window or in other cases mentioned in Bug
#666501.
