Message #12635
[Bug 732050] [NEW] Dual display blanks both screens . Can only see the cursor
You have been subscribed to a public bug:
Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel
I have a thinkPad X201 and Ultrabase x200 and a 24" LCD screen. The
thinkpad is docked and a display port to HDMI adapter is hooked up to
the cable that feeds the LCD. When I boot Natty (updated to today's
latest packages), I get the login screen (gdm) and when I login, I get a
black screen and can only see the cursor. This is similar to bug
#383345.
I am willing to help in any way as this is my work machine and I need
dual screens to be effective. BTW, this setup worked flawlessly with
Maverick.
