When you enable Extra Visual Effects, the windows are moving very nice,
but with a small bug. While moving, you can see an awful white line
between the mainwindow and the title bar (see attachment). I am using
Ubuntu 10.10 maverick

uname -a outputs:
Linux My-pc 2.6.35-23-generic #41-Ubuntu SMP Wed Nov 24 10:18:49 UTC 2010 i686 GNU/Linux
